Qualifications

From the time she was born, her parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles taught her the ways of nature and the laws that govern the universe. She was born with many psychic gifts, and because of her shaman's background, she also possesses a few others that the average psychic does not. She's from a long family line of tribal leaders, healers, seers and shamans who have passed along their traditional healing ways to this very gifted shaman practitioner. As part of her training, she became seriously ill. Instead of bemoaning her fate, she saw her illness as a gift which helped her to lose her fear of death and enabled her to assist those who have trouble passing from this world to their next life assignment. When she first became ill, she was told by her family, ancestors, and guides that people would be sent to train her in shamanic traditions. Their prediction proved very accurate. The student was ready and the teachers began to line up in numbers. Her mentors included: a Santera, a Palero, a Druidic High Priest, a Rosicrucian Elder, several Native American Elders, and a Taiwanese Magus. Much like her Icelandic chief gothi' men (chief god men) ancestors who came before, she trained for many years to earn the right to help others. Though she maintains that the shamanic path is neither glamorous nor an easy one to traverse, she selflessly gave herself over to it for the well being of others. As trying as her journey has been at times, she finds comfort in the knowledge that she is never alone. Her helper spirits are always right beside her, assisting her in her life's work. It is a close bond she enjoys with her ancestors with whom she shares the "wisdom ways." As an ordained Shaman Elder, she has been given permission to teach and to heal others. With an emphasis on healing deep soul trauma, she facilitates the healing process for individuals and families, both in this life and in past lives as well. Remarkably, she is able to travel anywhere and to any time, while maintaining her steady hold on her present reality. In this way, she is able to tackle an obstacle at its source and she can offer a complete picture of events, both past and present, that have affected a client's current situation. In doing so, she is able to fulfill her life's purpose which is to enlighten others about their unique universal heritage.

Her extensive experience and solid training in the arts of shamanism, Native American Traditional Healing, Santeria, witchcraft, the occult, Kabbala, and aboriginal, indigenous and transpersonal psychology, have made her a talented, wise and well-versed practitioner and psychic counselor.

Personal

Salome is a Taurus with Leo rising, and a Virgo Moon. Within her chart, she has a "Grand Fire Trine," which means she was born to lead, teach and inspire others. Because there is no water in her astrological chart, she has been able to endure very trying times that would have crushed others. Without the watery influence, she remains calm, clear, focused, and detached. She is convinced that these traits have not only proven to be helpful, but also necessary in her ability to heal others. Interestingly enough, many years ago, a competent astrologer predicted her destiny just by reading her chart. Salome lives in the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Utah. She has five grown children and eleven grandchildren, who have a great respect for their spiritual heritage and traditions. Presently there are several shamans and at least two seidkonas in the family, and she is sure that more will follow.
